Automotive Paint Technician / Spray Painter
We are currently recruiting experienced Automotive Paint Technicians / Spray Painters to join a leading automotive engineering business based atCoventry.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting automotive projects within a professional, high-quality environment. The successful candidates will be involved in delivering premium paint finishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle panels and components for paint application.
- Mix and apply paints, primers, basecoats and clear coats.
- Carry out high-quality paint spraying to manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional finish and quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work closely with the wider production team to meet project deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter or Paint Technician.
- Strong preparation and paint application skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within automotive manufacturing, prototype, bodyshop or specialist vehicle environments is highly desirable.
- Flexible approach with a positive attitude towards overtime when required.
What’s on Offer
- 25.00 – 28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
