Regional Contracts Leader – Cleaning Services

UK Spotless Limited in the North West region seeks an Area Contracts Manager to lead and oversee cleaning contracts across multiple sites. You will manage client relationships, ensure contract obligations are met and maintain service quality on all sites in the Blackpool, Preston and surrounding areas.

You will schedule and supervise cleaning teams, conduct site visits, monitor performance, and assist with recruitment, onboarding and health & safety compliance.
