Office Experience Lead — Cardiff

Synergetic in Cardiff is seeking a proactive Workplace Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month contract, inside IR35, at £150–£180 per day. The role is four days per week (Mon–Thu) and focuses on delivering an excellent office experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will balance operational tasks with improvement initiatives, act as main contact for workplace queries, and work both independently and with a wider team to keep the office welcoming and well‑run.
