Self-Employed Maintenance Tech 2 Days/Week Southampton

Grafter is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Operative on a self-employed basis to work 2 days per week across managed properties in Southampton.

You will perform general DIY and maintenance tasks, basic decorating, erect and remove To Let boards, and assist with minor property upkeep. A Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and basic tools are preferred to ensure independence and flexibility.
