Flexible Cover Supervisor for Southampton Classrooms

Academics is working closely with secondary schools across Southampton to recruit Cover Supervisors and Instructors for this academic year. These roles deliver pre-prepared lessons, maintain classroom order, and keep students engaged in the absence of the usual class teacher.

You’ll need a UK recognised degree, some experience teaching, tutoring, or working with young people in an educational setting, and strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
