We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen brigade of a quality hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Breakfast Chef to become part of a friendly and dedicated team, preparing exceptional breakfast dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Person
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef preparing both buffet and à la carte breakfast service
- NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) preferred
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health & safety legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for consistently delivering high standards
- Flexible to work a 40-hour week on a 5 days from 7 rota, with shifts starting from 5:30am
