Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational and commercial performance of the Southampton studio.
- Lead the team, workforce planning, resource coordination, and budget management.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on complex projects and growth initiatives.
- Drive business growth through client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and oversee bids and tenders across the South-West region.
- Lead development of compelling design concepts, secure new commissions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Expand the project pipeline across local government, education, commercial, and related sectors, supporting both single-discipline and integrated multidisciplinary opportunities.
About You
- ARB Registered Senior Architect with experience leading teams and delivering complex projects nationally.
- Strong design and technical skills with the ability to lead projects through all stages of delivery.
- Proven track record in bid and tender preparation and the confidence to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Access to own car with a clean UK driving license to meet projects across the South West.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ability to pass security clearance delivered by the UK Security Vetting (UKSV) process.
