Lead Site Manager – Education Construction (Southampton)

Fawkes and Reece in Southampton seeks an ambitious Site Manager for a £15m new-build education project, starting on site later this year. You will manage all on-site construction activities for the scheme, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate materials, logistics, client liaison and progress reporting, while maintaining strong safety and supply‑chain relationships across the team and site.
