Facilities Maintenance Engineer – On-Call & Overtime

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a maintenance professional to respond to breakdown requests within SLA, perform routine maintenance to a high standard, and diagnose power quality issues. Based in Inverness, you will manage weekly/monthly PPMs and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure CBRE policies are followed.

You will monitor environmental conditions, determine root causes, restore availability, and maintain accurate site logs and paperwork.
