Regional Care Operations Leader | Training & Compliance

HC-One is seeking a Regional Administrator to support a defined portfolio of care homes. You will train Home Administrators, provide operational cover and carry out financial compliance audits, with a focus on strengthening administrative processes and governance across the region.

This field-based role requires regular travel, collaboration with Home Managers and Area Directors, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while upholding high standards of care and compliance.
