Deputy Home Manager — Elderly Care Leader

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Wellford Gardens, Wheatley, Oxfordshire.

This 40 hours per week role combines compassionate care with practical leadership in a luxury care home that values high standards, occupancy management and staff development. You will oversee rota planning, recruitment, induction and mandatory training, monitor performance, and support the Home Manager.
