This is a rewarding opportunity working alongside highly experienced Partners and managing a diverse caseload of complex, high-value Catastrophic Injury matters.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor to join our highly regarded Catastrophic Injury team. This is an opportunity to handle complex, high-value claims, support clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, and play a key role in the growth of a successful practice.

What You will Do

  • Lead a caseload of complex catastrophic injury claims.
  • Deliver exceptional client care, combining legal expertise with empathy and compassion.
  • Conduct litigation, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with leading counsel and medical experts.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop and succeed.
  • Build strong relationships with referrers, insurers, and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development, networking, and raising the profile of the team.

  • An experienced solicitor with a strong track record in serious or catastrophic injury work.
  • A confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
