Store Team Lead – Charity Retail (Fixed-Term)

The Air Ambulance Service is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Loughborough Shop. You will help maximise sales and profits, coach staff and volunteers, and drive a great customer experience within a charity retail setting.

Based in Loughborough (LE11 3EB) with a 16-hour week commitment, this fixed-term contract runs from 1 September to 30 November. You’ll join a compassionate, purpose-driven team and play a key role in delivering excellent service while supporting fundraising goals.
