Interim Head of Finance – Strategic Charity Leader (Hybrid)

Starfish Search is working with a well-established London-based charity undergoing significant organisational change. We are seeking an Interim Head of Finance to lead the finance function during this period, covering planning, reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts, audit and controls.

The role is full-time for an initial 6-month FTC, with hybrid working and an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the London office.
