Lead Chef: Menu Innovator & Kitchen Leader

HR Wallingford’s Manor Café at Howbery Park is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, delivering high-quality meals and catering for hospitality functions and events. You will develop menus with the Catering Manager and ensure top service across on-site clients and visitors.

You will train the Assistant Chef, maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, manage stock and records, and uphold COSHH compliance while delivering consistent, excellent dining experiences.
