Impactful Charity Retail Deputy Manager

YMCA England & Wales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our community-focused charity shops. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, manage merchandising, and lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise income for YMCA programmes.
