TJL Healthcare are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to support in residential care homes across the Faversham area. The role requires commitment to multiple shifts to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
- DBS – Child and Adult Workforce
- Minimum 6 months UK paid experience as a Healthcare Assistant within the last three years – references required to evidence this
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- CSTF accredited practical training (required)
- If on sponsorship, we will contact your sponsor to confirm. A full Confirmation of Sponsorship and an active sponsor on the sponsorship register are required.
About the Role
This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants looking for new opportunities, working up to full-time hours on a flexible basis. You choose the days you are available, whether early shifts, late shifts, long days, or weekends – we understand how important work‑life balance is and work around you.
Rate of Pay
Rates for all Healthcare Assistants range from £14.24 to £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay), with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
