Vacherin in London is seeking a Retail and Hospitality Sous Chef for Investec. Salary: £42,000 per annum. Location: EC2V 7QP. Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30, 40 hours per week.
You will support the Head Chef in a busy staff restaurant delivering 500 covers daily across retail, plated, and buffet offerings, and you will lead a team of 3 Chef de Parties to uphold food quality and service standards.
