Mitchells & Butlers is offering a Head Chef in Training role within one of the UK’s loved pub brands, Sizzling Pub & Grill. Based in your district, you will build a kitchen to the ‘Mitchells & Butlers’ standard and lead a team to deliver great food.

Over six months of training, you will learn to recruit, train and motivate your team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and manage ordering, prep and stock while ensuring health and hygiene compliance.
