Mobile Healthcare Assistant

Overview

We have brand new opportunities for Healthcare Assistants to join our mobile team at multiple sites nationwide.

We are ideally seeking individuals with prior experience in a healthcare environment but full training will be provided if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients and assist Radiographers in preparing patients for diagnostic scans.
• Assist in patient preparation, including IV cannulation (full training will be provided).
• Chaperone patients during scans.
• Position patients on the scanner.
• Manage clinical stock.
• Participate in clinical audits.
• Process patients via the company e‑systems and handle administrative duties such as telephone bookings.
• Provide customer/patient support and chaperoning when necessary.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT and administration skills.
• Flexible, organized, enthusiastic attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively as a mobile role.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred; full training will be provided if not.
• Immunised against Hepatitis B or willing to undertake an immunisation course.
