Oncology Healthcare Assistant (Bank) – Flexible Shifts

The Ridgeway Hospital in Swindon, part of Circle Health Group, is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant in Oncology on a bank basis to cover shifts during busy periods and staff leave. You will support patient care across hygiene, meals, movements, and basic clinical tasks in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates will have care experience, strong communication, and the ability to follow instructions, with NVQ qualifications desirable. Flexible shift patterns and training are provided.
