Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience. Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Create a great experience for patients undergoing major and minor surgeries.
- Care for patients as people, giving them the time they need.
- Understand people’s individual needs.
- Play a key role in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the theatre team by moving patients, preparing theatre, reassuring families, and handling administrative tasks.
- Work flexibly to support our team.
Qualifications
You must be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and have relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting. You should be highly motivated, adaptable to a changing environment, and have strong communication skills, a flexible approach to duties and hours, and empathy for patients.
