Komplex Care is seeking a Healthcare Assistant in Telford to provide nurse-led, person-centred support for a client with complex needs. The role involves caring for patients with stroke and mobility challenges, including moving & handling and medication administration, in the client’s home.
The ideal candidate has Level 2/3 NVQ/QCF in health care, with night and weekend availability, to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and collaborate with the Operations Manager and Registered Nurse.
