An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and self motivated Occupational Therapist to join the Mid Ross Integrated Team.
The successful post holder will support complex community based rehabilitation and drive the rehabilitation approach within the team.
Additional responsibilities will include community based assessment of needs which may require provision of minor and major adaptations as well as facilitation of early discharges from inpatient care.
There will also be a need for the Band 6 to support the training and supervision of the Band 5 OT, Band 4 OTA’s and HCSW’s.
Opportunities for ongoing professional development are encouraged.
A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy is required as is current HCPC registration.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the service.
Full driving license and use of a car for work purposes is essential.
