Registered Manager – Residential Children’s Service

Location: Greater ManchesterSalary: 47,500 – 55,000Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced leader passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people?

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential children’s service supporting young people with additional needs. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality, person-centred home where children’s wellbeing, development and outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary care team.
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
• Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, staff development and service improvement.
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external agencies.

About You:

• Experience managing a children’s residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of children’s social care legislation and safeguarding practices.
• Relevant Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
• Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children.
