Deputy Shop Manager – Charity Retail, Part-Time, Bridgwater

St Margaret’s Hospice is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager for the Bridgwater Clothes Shop. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) involves supporting the shop manager, deputising in their absence and delivering excellent customer service.

You will help train and motivate staff and volunteers, merchandise displays, handle till procedures, and organise rotas. It is a physically demanding retail position within a busy environment.
