Employment Solicitor (2–6 PQE) | London
We are currently working with a leading international law firm looking to grow its Employment team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative practice that advises a broad range of multinational businesses, financial institutions, and senior executives on complex employment matters across the UK and internationally.
The work is varied, high quality, and often business-critical, giving you the opportunity to work closely with clients and partners from day one.
You’ll advise on:
- Contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Cross-border employment advisory work
- Senior executive and partnership issues
- Whistleblowing, discrimination, and workplace investigations
- Outsourcing, restructurings, and workforce transformation projects
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Restrictive covenant and team move disputes
- Executive exits, internal investigations, and strategic HR issues
We’re looking for:
- 2–6 years’ PQE gained at a leading UK or international law firm
- Strong UK employment law experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Excellent technical skills and commercial judgement
- A proactive approach and a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a high-performing team and wants to continue developing their career
