Charity Shop Manager – Part-Time, 22.5h/wk

Royal Mencap Society in Stoneleigh is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for the Stoneleigh shop, 22.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. Shifts follow a 7-day rota, with flexible days to suit. The role aims to drive donations, sales and store standards while leading volunteers and paid staff.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, Gift Aid, and ensure high standards of presentation and compliance. Travel to meetings may be required as the store grows.
