Premier, a neurodiversity-focused charity in Surrey, seeks a Charity Manager / Head of Operations to turn their model into high-quality delivery for members. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop care pathways, secure funding, and build partnerships with third-sector organisations.

Based in Woking with hybrid working (3–5 days per week), you will recruit a Care & Support Manager, oversee communications and finance, and help shape the charity’s growth while staying mission-aligned.
