About the role:
Working Hours – 12 days on / 2 days off OR 11 days on / 3 days off, 7:30am – 6:00pmPay Rate – £21.00 per hourBrief Role Description –
We are looking for experienced Groundworkers to join a long-term substation project in Orkney. The successful candidates will be working on platform construction, drainage and ducting works as part of a busy groundworks team.
Duties will include:
- Drainage works for road gullies
- Installing 4–5km of ducting
- Ground preparation and general groundworks duties
- Working alongside other site operatives to complete works safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Long-term work until the end of the year
- Start: ASAP
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Previous groundworks experience required
- Experience with drainage and ducting preferred
- CSCS required
- Able to work away on a rotational basis
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
