A growing claimant-side Employment Law practice is seeking an Employment Paralegal to work directly alongside a successful Employment Law Partner, acting as their trusted second-in-command.
Fully remote working
Full-time or part-time considered
30 days’ annual leave + Bank Holidays

Signoff of QWE for candidates who are self-funding SQE
You’ll manage your own caseload, advise clients across a broad range of employment matters, draft legal documentation, coordinate Employment Tribunal proceedings, and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
✅ Employment law experience essential
✅ Ability to manage matters independently
✅ Strong drafting, client care and case management skills
