Inclusion Officer — Student Support & Behaviour

Leigh Academy Rainham is seeking an Inclusion Officer to join our committed team. This permanent role supports students with behavioural and emotional needs to thrive in a mainstream setting.

You will lead targeted interventions, manage individual support plans and collaborate with families, staff and pastoral leads to promote inclusion. The role is 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1, with a salary of £23,103 (£26,861 full time equivalent).
