Impactful Residential Childcare Officer | Support & Growth

ROC Home in Sunderland is seeking a Residential Childcare Officer to join safe, nurturing homes for children and young people. You will provide direct day-to-day care and support adolescents who display emotional or behavioural difficulties and/or learning disabilities.

You will assist the deputy manager and Registered Manager to maintain the highest standard of care, working 38.5 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota that includes weekends and sleep-ins when required.
