Salary: £50,000–£60,000 DOE
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced residential property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its friendly and highly regarded conveyancing team
.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. Experience dealing with leasehold matters and working with lender panels would be advantageous
