We are partnering with a high-growth, science-led organisation creating a disruptive, ultra-premium brand proposition. Rather than following standard beauty & cosmetics formulas, this brand takes inspiration from the craftsmanship, tangible weight & refined aesthetics of world-class luxury – think high-end spirits, fine watchmaking & iconic luxury accessories.
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Designer with high-level conceptual vision to bridge the gap between initial brand strategy & tangible execution. You will refine early-stage concepts, elevate typography & colour systems, & craft a world-class visual identity ready for an international launch.
Role Highlights
- Shape an extraordinary luxury brand world, evolving early-stage internal concepts into a cohesive, high-impact design system.
- Direct conceptual design & packaging vision, passing execution assets seamlessly to the in-house creative team.
- Disrupt traditional cosmetics conventions by injecting ultra-luxury references from fine spirits, automotive & high-end craft sectors.
- Bring creative concepts to life across photography direction, brand touchpoints & tactile packaging design.
- Work directly with senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where your creative footprint will be front & center.
You Will Need
- Exceptional hands-on craft & conceptual design experience within luxury sectors (luxury fashion, high-end spirits, ultra-premium retail, automotive or luxury consumer goods).
- A standout portfolio demonstrating elevated brand identity creation & packaging design concepting (technical packaging engineering is handled internally, but strong aesthetic vision on packaging is key).
- The ability to think strategically while remaining 100% hands-on in delivering beautiful design assets.
- A flexible, open-minded & proactive approach that thrives in a nimble, ambitious business.
