Trauma-Informed Training Lead for Residential Care

SuperCare Residential is hiring a Training Co-ordinator to support the delivery of high-quality training across our Ofsted-registered children’s homes in East London and Eastbourne. You will deliver training, assess learners, support induction, and work with operational teams to raise practice standards.

You’ll embed our therapeutic approach, champion safeguarding, and ensure training aligns with Ofsted requirements.
