Regional Care Training Coach – Induction & Development

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across a regional footprint, including Witney, Chipping Norton and Jersey homes. The role involves travel roughly every six weeks for four days, with paid travel and accommodation provided.

You will induct and develop staff to ensure care delivery aligns with Barchester standards, planning calendars and supporting staff through development plans.
