We are currently seeking confident, motivated and service‑driven individuals to join our teams as Restaurant Supervisor at The Falmouth Hotel.
Please note, this role is based on 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and professional service.
- Lead and motivate the team during service, setting the standard through example.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest care.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery confidently and professionally.
- Support the training and development of team members to promote consistency and quality.
- Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and cash handling procedures where required.
- Support private dining and event service when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive manner.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
