Food Shift Lead – Early Mornings, Frontline Leader

Marks & Spencer Plc in Warrington is looking for a Shift Lead to coordinate the fill operation, ensuring a ready-to-trade salesfloor and leading the team in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

You will work early shifts (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 05:00-14:00) with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. This frontline role offers the opportunity to drive productivity and customer service.
