Resident Dining Chef & Catering Lead

Jewish Care in the United Kingdom seeks a Unit Catering Manager to oversee dining for Residents, blending culinary excellence with people skills. 5 days out of 7, some weekends on a rota. Shifts: 6:00–14:30 or 11:00–19:30, with 80% cooking and 20% operations.

You will lead a small team, develop nutritious, seasonal menus aligned with Jewish practices, ensure food safety, manage EPOS and workforce systems, and deliver outstanding service and efficiency.
