F&B Supervisor: Luxury Hotel Dining & Events

The Alexander Hotel Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Barnett Hill Hotel, just outside Guildford, Surrey. You will support the Restaurant Manager and Banqueting Manager across restaurant and private events, ensuring high standards in service and guest care.

You will manage daily service, greet guests, take orders, delegate tasks, and coach the team to maintain service standards. Experience in busy restaurant environments and wine knowledge are desirable.
