Line Cook & Chef Academy Path — Create Dishes, Grow

Kew Green Hotels is hiring a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Portsmouth. You will cook and present dishes to standard recipes while learning through the Chef Academy and a funded Level 2 qualification.

You’ll maintain prep area cleanliness, assist with daily specials, and follow food safety standards to minimise waste, working closely with the Kitchen Manager and team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
