16-20 year olds – £11.15 per hour. 21 year olds and over – £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points while actively promoting add‑ons by engaging effectively with customers.
• Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to the store, keeping up with the maintenance of stockroom areas.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
• Work in your designated Tesco space as and when required.

Our stores are open 7 days a week. On a 12‑hour contract you will typically work 4‑hour shifts over 3 days. Depending on the trading hours of the store you’re applying for, having a flexible approach and commitment to help the store operate is essential. This may include working hours at any time of the day and possibly outside normal trading hours, especially during Christmas.
