Lead RMN – Acute Mental Health Ward (Highlands)

NHS Highland’s Maree ward in New Craigs Hospital is seeking a motivated RMNH nurse to support an Acute step down unit in transitioning patients back into the community. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including medical, nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy and psychology to deliver high quality patient care.

You will supervise staff in the absence of senior leaders, champion patient-focused care, and contribute to ongoing professional development within our supportive Highlands
