- Meeting service targets across calls, emails, and CRM logging.
- Processing payments for events, conferences, memberships, and subscriptions.
- Conducting welcome calls and proactive outbound engagement to support onboarding, retention, and exam participation.

- Highly IT‑literate with the ability to navigate CRM systems and multitask effectively.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions‑focused approach.
- Comfortable working to targets and contributing to team performance.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable to change, and able to build rapport quickly.
- A collaborative team player with a genuine customer‑first mindset.

You’ll be joining a supportive, mission‑driven team where customer experience is at the heart of everything they do. It’s a great opportunity to gain exposure to membership operations, education services, and commercial activities within a respected professional body.
