Falkirk Up to £56,000 DOE Full-Time – 44 hours Permanent

We’re recruiting for an experienced Clinical Unit Manager to join a large, well-established care provider at their dementia nursing home in Falkirk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate nurse leader to oversee a clinical unit, support and develop a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of person-centred dementia care.

What You’ll Need

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Experience in elderly or dementia nursing care
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding resident care
