Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Advise on employee benefits, pensions, and supplier strategies.
  • Translate business needs into effective sourcing initiatives.
  • Provide market insights, benchmarking, and commercial guidance.

Sourcing & Category Management

  • Lead regional and global sourcing projects across Benefits and Pensions.
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Manage RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and selection.
  • Deliver business value, cost savings, and process improvements.

Contracts, Risk & Compliance

  • Lead contract negotiations and supplier management.
  • Manage commercial, operational, regulatory, and contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant benefits, pensions, employment, and data privacy regulations.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Risk teams to maintain governance standards.

Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor market trends, supplier innovation, and industry developments.
  • Advise on best practices and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive transformation, value creation, and procurement excellence.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management across Employee Benefits and Pensions.
  • Strong track record of delivering cost savings, business value, and supplier optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of benefits markets, including pensions, healthcare, wellbeing, and reward programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiations, contracts, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset.
