We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 16-week school refurbishment project in North West London starting immediately.
As the lead manager on-site, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring strict safety standards in an educational environment, managing subcontractors, and keeping the project strictly on schedule and within budget.
Key Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in the education sector or on small refurbishments (projects up to £3m in value).
Certifications (Mandatory):
SMSTS
CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
First Aid at Work
Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with the main contractor team, subcontractors, and school stakeholders.
Enhanced DBS clearance is highly advantageous due to the working environment
