Freelance Site Manager Required in North London

GVR Solutions are working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on ongoing refurbishment and fit-out works on a healthcare project.

Project Details:

• Scope: Ongoing Fit-out and Refurbishment works on a healthcare scheme in North London – the project is a live environment so requires a level-headed manager that is also very client-facing.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: North London
• Rate: 280-290

The Site Manager must have/be:

• Experience working on healthcare projects is advantageous
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
• Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
