The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum* Create a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment* Support pupils of different abilities and learning needs* Maintain strong behaviour management and clear classroom routines* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching where needed* Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff* Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status* Experience teaching in a primary school setting* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills* Confidence planning and delivering creative lessons* A positive, reliable and professional approach* Good communication and teamwork skills* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
